We regularly involve our clients in decisions about their care and treatment and give them as much choice and control as possible. We ensure our Health Care Assistants protect our client’s dignity and human rights and respect them as individuals.
Our healthcare assistants can offer an extensive range of home care services, including Domiciliary Care, Dementia Care, Mental Health Needs, End-of-Life/Palliative Care, Supporting People Services, Learning Disability Services, Befriending/Social Inclusion Services, Respite Services, Domestic and Shopping Services.
J.C Michael Groups Basildon is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all our healthcare assistants and office staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearances.
